Antibiotics
- Allies infected with the zombie virus die in three days unless given antibiotics.
- Antibiotics can be scavenged or created in the Lab base upgrade.
- In the Hardcore mode of the game, antibiotics only work for the Player, who will die and turn three days after the last dose. For all allies and NPC characters in this mode, a bite is a death sentence.
Healing
- There are two ways to recover your health in Dead State; either with the medkit or by resting overnight.
- Overnight healing will improve if you have an Infirmary and a doctor or nurse on hand.
Medic Satchel Items
To use these items, you must drag them into a Medic Satchel in order to "charge" the satchel with uses. Items you can use for this purpose include the following:
- Bandage - Adds 1 Point to Satchel
- Painkillers - Adds 3 points to Satchel
- Medkit - Adds 10 points to Satchel
